How can I get the program and license code after ordering?

Once you successfully place an order for UltraSlideshow, you are supposed to receive a confirmation email with the license key for registering the program.

You can download and use UltraSlideshow to create photo scroll bar, photo banner, and flash slideshows. And if you need to publish lots of photos in your website, Ultraslideshow provides an easy way and lots of professional templates for building a dynamic XML-driven flash photo gallery.program from our website.

If you order a hard copy of the program (the backup CD), you can install Ultraslideshow from the CD. Since the backup CD may take about 10 days to deliver, you can download it from our website if you cannot wait to use the program.

If you change your email and need a copy of your license sent to the new address, please contact us.

How to update Ultraslideshow to the latest version? Is it free?

All updates are free. You can update your UltraSlideshow whenever there is new version available.

To check if you are running the latest version of UltraSlideshow, click the Help menu, and the click Check for New Versions.

You should close UltraSlideshow during updating. It's suggested that you install the new version to the same directory as the old version, or you have to register the program after upgrade installation using the same license key as the old one.

How to register the program?

In Ultraslideshow, click the Help menu, and then click Register.

Enter the user name and code of the license you received.

The registration code is invalid. What should I do?

Please check if the name and code were correctly entered into the registration dialogue box.

DO NOT capitalize or lowercase the letters contained in the user name, just keep the user name as it's provided. It's suggested that you copy and paste the name and code into the form.

If the problem remains, please contact us for a new license.

What if I lost the program and license key?

You don't have to worry about losing the program and license once you bought them. You can download UltraSlideshow from our website at any time. And you can restore your license by using our License Key Auto Retrieval Service. Or you can contact us to retrieve your license key.
